Greg began his career with KPMG LLP in 1999, advancing to Audit Manager before transitioning to senior leadership at a regional public accounting firm in Orange County, where he served as Managing Partner from 2005 to 2007.
He later built an international boutique practice from a two-partner firm into a 130+ professional organization with 42 offices worldwide, including locations in the U.S., Canada, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, and Colombia.
Global Transaction & Capital Markets Expertise
For more than two decades, Greg has guided companies through SEC and Canadian public-company filings, helping issuers complete:
- Form 10, Form S-1, and reverse takeover (RTO) transactions
- Secondary public offerings

His capital-markets work includes supporting $3.5+ billion in aggregate capital raises alongside leading institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Jefferies, JP Morgan, Dawson James Securities, Dominick & Dominick, and Merrill Lynch.
Securitization & Complex Transactions
Greg has participated in six securitization transactions exceeding $2.0 billion, providing accounting, diligence, and Regulation AB compliance support, including due-diligence assistance for a major Wall Street underwriter.
Operational Leadership & Restructuring
Greg has stepped into hands-on executive roles, including CFO, COO, and CMO, for an FDA-registered pharmaceutical company, leading the restructuring and strategic preparation for a simultaneous acquisition and IPO.
He has also completed eight successful acquisitions for his own companies and continues to advise on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, quality of earnings, and financial accounting advisory services.
Current Advisory Work
Greg currently advises SEC registrants and private companies on financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance audit services. His largest current client is completing a $40 billion bond listing on the London Stock Exchange, where he has played a significant role throughout the listing process.
